Where they’re at
Students place themselves on this ladder and partners say which rungs they serve. The room skews toward the earlier end.
- No startup knowledge or experience
- Knows about startups, does not know where to start
- Looking for an idea worth building
- Building and iterating a prototype
- Early traction, first active customers
- Pre-seed and investment ready
Questions
What does a table cost?
Nothing. The event is free for partners and for students.
How many people should we send?
One is enough, as long as somebody is at the table the whole evening. Two makes it easier to take breaks and to talk to more students at once.
Do we have to present anything?
No. There is no stage and no slot. You get four questions students will ask in advance, and that is the whole of the preparation.
Who else will be there?
The confirmed partners are listed above, and the list updates as orgs say yes. Alongside them are invited guests: alumni, investors, and founders coming to meet students rather than run a table.
What if we can only come for part of it?
Tell us in the form, and we will plan the floor around it.
Anything not answered here: Nandini Katragadda | buildp@purdue.edu.
Not bringing a table?
Two other ways into the same night.
